I also oversee inventory management across the UK and Ireland, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency throughout the supply chain.Highlights of my role:Manage end-to-end inventory across UK & Ireland, leading stock management projects to improve accuracy, reduce costs, and ensure compliance.Partner with 3PL providers to drive performance, improve service levels, and deliver cost-effective logistics solutions.Oversee internal audits and QA data analysis, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards.Develop and implement performance metrics for re-work, re-finishing, and load/tipping schedules, improving quality and reducing operational costs.Collaborate across D2D and Finance to deliver sustainable and cost-efficient stock management strategies.Lead KPI management and reporting, driving improvement initiatives and resolving non-conformance issues.Support safety and health directives, ensuring carrier compliance with Haier Europe’s standards.Contribute to business planning and strategy execution within a matrix organisation.Foster a one-team culture by developing a multi-skilled, cross-functional workforce, including leading appraisals and supporting team growth.
