   I lead the Go-to-Market (GTM) Data Engineering Org for Meta\'s Reality Labs division. The GTM mandate includes multiple teams including end-to-end Product Marketing, Customer Analytics, Product Launches, Product Sales, Channel Experiences and Growth initiatives.* Led the GTM Data Eng for the successful launch of our next generation of Meta AI Smart Glasses - Meta RayBan Glasses and our first AR Meta Rayban Displays glasses* Led the GTM Data Eng for launching Quest 3/3s VR/XR Headsets* Built Meta\'s first Retail Analytics Platform - spread across 18 Countries, launching across stores - building multiple patent pending solutions to create a Store360 Platform* Built the first Customer Data Platform (CDP) for Reality Labs - enabling audience creation and federation, segmentation, user journeys, customer targeting and user behavior analysis.* Let the cross functional Customer Growth initiative - building Growth and Sales Levers, enabling Online and Offline experimentation and analysis.* Scaled the GTM team from 0 to > 30 ICs and 3+ Managers over a 2 year period.
