About Davon Copeland
With over 20 years of experience in the US Navy and the civilian sector, I am a versatile and resilient entrepreneur, leadership coach, educator, and counselor who strives to make a positive impact on individuals and organizations. I co-founded CopeTech and The REAL Institute, two ventures that aim to provide innovative solutions for leadership and tech/STEM opportunities for young people.
