Promoted CSUN by giving tours of the entire campus to prospective families and incoming students- Assisted with special events such as Destination CSUN centered around student outreach to create positive first experiences for incoming or potential future applicants- Participated in various events like Cuddle and Read along with Destination CSUN, promoting higher education to students ranging from as young as elementary to high school coming to campus on a field trip, by reading and gifting books whilst also creating a fun environment through small engaging activities.

ABOUT DAVIT STEPANYAN
Currently a Dean\'s List student at the California State University, Northridge David Nazarian College of Business and Economics majoring in Business Administration with a focus on Management. I\'m someone who thrives on growth and pushing my limits, both intellectually and physically. Having a background that blends together high academic achievements/awards, hands-on business experience, coupled with athletic success in the sport of soccer, I\'ve developed a mindset rooted in discipline, ambition to take initiative, and a constant inner motivation to improve. Hence shown through my academic journey that has been marked by consistent long-term performance, recognition for academic excellence, and a commitment to lifelong development of knowledge both inside and outside the classroom.I hold an extensive background in leadership positions, primarily in the sport of soccer where I have captained five different teams and served as the Head Coach for around fifty players at my former high school’s boys Frosh soccer team across two years, never finishing below second place in any competition and leading my team to a league championship. These roles have shaped my leadership style and taught me how to perform under pressure, lead with purpose, and stay focused on long-term goals. My experiences also stand as a testament to the power of dedication and hard work, as by constantly pushing myself beyond even my own expectations, I eventually fulfilled my personal dream by making my debut in a semi-professional soccer league in the fall season of 2024.Professionally, I\'ve held multiple internships including international roles, gaining early exposure to diverse industries and work environments. I’ve recently trained in the corporate business industry as a Sales Intern, where I\'ve learned to build a strong foundation in communication, business development, and professional networking. These internship experiences continue to shape my passion for growth and impact in the business world to this day.I stand firm in my belief that one\'s knowledge serves as the most powerful tool for success, and I\'m committed to learning and achieving success while pairing it with my dependable work ethic, bringing focus and leadership into every opportunity that I take on.
