ABOUT MEREDITH DAVIS

Meredith Davis is an experienced nonprofit leader. As Senior Director at Jewish Family Service of the Cincinnati Area, Meredith oversees the operations of the Center for Holocaust Survivors and the Russian Jewish Cultural Center, two unique programs that serve older adults with a history of trauma. She has led organizational efforts on quality improvement, policy and compliance, training, and strategic planning. Meredith previously held positions of Director of Guardianship Programs and Elder Victim Advocate Program Manager, where she demonstrated expertise in implementing person-centered, trauma-informed services for vulnerable populations. Meredith has a Master’s degree in Human Services and Social Services Administration from the University of Illinois and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Georgia. She is enrolled in Spertus Institute\'s Executive Master of Arts in Jewish Professional Studies (EMAJPS) program with an expected graduation in May 2027. Meredith has an extensive history of volunteer leadership, serving on interdisciplinary committees and contributing to community organizations and governance boards, such as the Ohio Coalition for Adult Protective Services (OCAPS) and EPIC House. She has been invited to speak at conferences and college campuses on trauma-informed care, guardianship and supported decision making (SDM), and various aging- and disability-related topics. Meredith represents JFS as a member of the Older Adults/Disability Committee of the Human Services Chamber of Hamilton County.She has completed leadership programs, including the Monaco Jewish Nonprofit Leadership Institute (M-JNLI), the National Leadership Consortium on Developmental Disabilities (Hoosier Leadership Institute), and the Indianapolis Community Building Institute.
