As the head Regional Trainer my job outside my main location is to insure all trainers, in our 6 locations,[growing to 15] are up-to-date on the latest knowledge of our fitness protocols. That they are able to perform and demonstrate all of the movements we use in our classes. I am responsible for hiring and firing new or current trainers. I evaluate trainers performances on a monthly basis.In house, I create programming and set up for training sessions, I teach up to 18 classes a weeks, perform private training sessions, and be both a coach and somewhat entertainer when on the mic. I work on member retention and assist in sales of memberships.

Formally known as The Irish Hand Grenade I am a Biomechanist specialist and personal trainer available in the Raleigh/ Triangle area for private/personal training I participated in the sport of Professional Boxing, MMA and kick boxing for 22 years before retiring from the fight game. Master coach under Greg Jackson. I have trained UFC fighters and countless others. I have appeared on ESPN, ESPN2, NESN, Fox Sports, SPIKE, USA, for boxing, MMA and pro wrestling (TNA). Biomechanics specialist [Spencer Institute and London College of Osteopathy]. Former gym owner and trainer to UFC Veterans like UFC champion Tim Sylvia and top 10 fighter Tim Boetsch.
