I am a recent graduate in the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Supply Chain Management with a collateral in Marketing. I am currently working at Dollar General as a Demand Chain Management Analyst. I currently manage, plan, and issue orders for over 300 SKUs that are both domestic and import items as well as analyze, report, and collaborate with vendors for optimization in our Distribution Center service levels and DG Store in-stocks. My previous role at Philips involved possessing extensive knowledge and understanding of the Customer Services business and portfolio offerings; reviewing proposals for compliance prior to order acceptance, creating and operationalizes orders in the ERP system, and managing service contracts throughout their lifecycle, including large-scale accounts.
