Key Responsibilities· Support the use of high-quality internal and external Business Information in relation to Service objectives throughout Ricoh Europe.· Enable data-driven decision making within Ricoh Europe and supporting colleagues across Ricoh Family Group Operating Companies in EMEA region.· Enable improvement in relation to Service Contract Profitability & Revenue Management (Annuity), Service Delivery & Efficiency, Product Technical Performance, and more.· Improve the analytic environment and maintain availability of consistent & accurate information supporting Annuity & Service within EMEA.· Provide exemplary Insight-to-Action support to all Annuity & Service activities.· Contribute to the wider development of information systems and de-duplication or automation of existing processes.· Support the business evolution of a data-led process management culture via our Analytics ‘Centre of Excellence.· Identify potential efficiencies and promote the value of improvement opportunities.· Maintain the design and quality of key divisional data products directly and indirectly maintained including databases, dashboards, and tabular data models. Working with line management and the wider stakeholder group to support all Ricoh EMEA Operating Companies.
