I am currently the Policy Analyst of the W.K. Kellogg Foundation\'s Policy team where I design and lead federal and state policy research across the Foundation to support WKKF grantmaking and strategy. In this role, I collaborate cross-functionally with WKKF programmatic and operational teams support their internal learning on policy issues. I participate in grantee site visits with WKKF grantees and external philanthropic partner meetings as well as funder collaborative meetings on the policy landscape. I also serve as the co-lead for the Latine Affinity Group, Raices. In 2025, I accepted an additional role as Manager of an internal team for the WKKF Learning Guild to support a learning infrastructure and system for WKKF.
