I am an education professional with a proven track record in curriculum development, program leadership, and leveraging technology to drive student success. With experience across public, private, and nonprofit sectors, I specialize in creating innovative, scalable solutions that improve learning outcomes and support organizational growth. As a college advisor at Dearborn STEM Academy, I successfully connected 100% of the senior class to post-secondary pathways, fostering a data-driven, college-going culture in a turnaround public high school. While earning a Master’s in English at Boston College, I designed and taught a freshman writing seminar using a custom-built curriculum that incorporated digital tools to enhance student engagement and learning, earning above-average ratings in both semesters. After graduate school, I joined Prep for Prep as the Dean of Students. At Prep for Prep, I further honed my expertise in academic program management, admissions processes, and financial aid. I helped scale programs for students transitioning into boarding schools, ensuring equitable access and support. My ability to drive process improvements and manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects demonstrates my strategic leadership. After Prep for Prep, I was an eighth grade English teacher at Santa Barbara Middle School. In addition to my teaching duties, I coached trail running, soccer, and surfing.
