ABOUT DAVIS HOBLEY

Princeton University junior majoring in Neuroscience and minoring in French Language and Culture and Statistics and Machine Learning. Engaged with various activities on-campus, including opinion writing and working on the DEIB committee for the Daily Princetonian, working as a science outreach fellow, volunteering as a board member with Alzheimer’s Buddies, and being a member of oSTEM (out in STEM). I also volunteer as a science writer with Academic Memories. Recently, I interned at IMDEA Materials Institute where I aided in the literature review and manuscript writing process for biomaterials and regenerative medicine. I am now working part time to aid in their data analysis and ML. This summer I will be working in epilepsy neurophysiology research at Montefiore Medical Center, working with intraoperative neural monitoring and EEG imaging for epilepsy. From summer 2024 to now, I have and will continue to work as a research assistant in the Princeton Baby Lab using neuroimaging to better understand the neural and language development in infants. I Previously interned with the Conservatorship Reform Project where I conducted asynchronous research and legal work to improve the state of conservatorships in California. Additionally, I worked as a virtual Research Assistant, performing neurology clinical review research through the University of Pittsburgh Founder and President of Synaptic Interaction 501(c)3 (@synaptic_interacton on Instagram).
