Everything from assessment thru remediation and forensics. We support CISOs and CIOs and their teams with anything from developing Target Operating Models to training and coaching. We work with startups and established enterprises bringing innovative, cost effective, rapid time-to-value services, and bridges the gap between executive, business and technical stakeholders. We are a candidate C3PAO company with trained CMMC assessors.Personally speaking, my background is in Investment Banking technology, both infrastructure and IT security. I am a recovering network engineer - my first network engineering qualification was back in the 1990s. One of my previous responsibilities was to set up and run the firewall team at a globally known Investment Bank. I graduated into the world of Technical Information Security which added application security to my CV. Which then felt a little lop-sided, so I gained an MBA and PRINCE2 in 2005.As my roles became more senior, they became more international, taking C-suite roles in the Middle East, Europe and NA. I then started my own UK company, Global-DTC, which gained immediate traction, and was acquired by Stealth-ISS Group Inc. As CEO, in 2018 I made a strategic decision to enter the US Federal space. We opened an office and hired a great team in Huntsville, AL – Rocket City. We were located at Davidson Technologies on Cummins Research Park until COVID, and have teamed with some of the best names in Federal contracting. We run a VETs first employment program for our consultants, and are one of only 5 Veteran and Woman Owned Small Businesses with all 4 Highly Adaptive Cyber Special Interest Numbers (HACS SINS) in the US. We placed in the Inc.500 list in 2018 and 2019, and top-50 on the VET-50 list in 2019 and 2020.Latterly we are using all these experiences to assist senior military operators and responders in their transition from uniform to suit. Offering structured transition plans—helping them translate competence into civilian leverage, build authority without rank, navigate the parts most transition programs don\'t cover. Uncovering know how corporate power actually flows, and how to translate elite competence into civilian leverage without triggering the immune response of risk-averse organizations.
