ABOUT DAVINIA HAMILTON-MADDOX
I began my career as a young Account Executive in a traditional Advertising and Marketing agency over 20 years ago. I cut my teeth on creating brochures and producing ads for publication using 4 colour separated film. The world of \'digital\' was in its infancy and I can still remember the excitement we all felt when the agency first invested in an ISDN line.This was the very beginning of a deep fascination for all things \'new tech\' and I decided to progress my career along the digital path. I now run a successful digital agency, focussing on larger scale, bespoke, web development; and I am still learning every day.To get to where I am today has taken a combination of good decisions, bad decisions, a lot of hard work and a certain amount of luck. I have learnt from some amazing people in the industry that have all influenced and shaped the way I run my business today.Phoenix Digital was born in 2016, and I\'m pleased to say we are growing exponentially, working with the likes of Argos, British Cycling, England Squash and Sheffield FC, to name a few. We\'re good at what we do with a very talented team of developers, designers and strategic thinkers.
