ABOUT DAVINDER PARMAR

Davinder Parmar is a Professional Land Surveyor and Professional Engineer, possessing extensive expertise in field and project management across diverse sectors, including line locating, sustainable energy, municipal projects, infrastructure, and oil and gas development. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Geomatics Engineering from the University of Calgary in 2003 and subsequently completed a major in Finance through the Executive Master’s in Business Administration program at the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary in 2017.He commenced his career with legacy organizations of WSP, such as The Cadastral Group Inc. and Focus Corporation, the latter of which was acquired by WSP in 2015. Since his graduation, he has accumulated valuable experience in large-diameter pipelines, oil and gas operations, pipeline rights-of-way, site surveys, municipal surveying, and engineering design for underground utilities.In his positions as a Professional Land Surveyor, Engineer, Project Manager, and Division Leader, he has effectively delivered solutions for projects that include line locating, sustainable energy, pipelines, municipal development, construction, and oil and gas initiatives. His responsibilities encompass pre-project planning and communication, supervision of field crews, project managers, branch leads, and operations teams, as well as the preparation and final delivery of plans to clients and regulatory authorities. He is dedicated to ensuring that all project requirements are fulfilled in a timely and professional manner.
