Following starting a secondment in July 2014, I have now joined Brit Syndicate 2987 at Lloyd\'s as Claims Counsel. My day to day activities include the following: • I work closely with the Claims Team as a first port of call for legal advice on claims and claim related issues;• I manage external legal advice providers;• I provide support to the Group Head of Claims and the General Counsel on long term strategic projects; and• I assist underwriters with day to day queries and in the development of new products.
