Directed a five direct report, 127-person environmental health organization with a $10M budget, overseeing 160 project within 20 directorate-wide programs that include drinking water, air quality, hazardous waste, and risk assessment, to establish accountability frameworks, ensure compliance, and enhance force health protection. Achieved a 25% increase in productivity and a 20% improvement in operational efficiency by reorganizing the directorate to address manpower shortages and shifting priorities, implementing strategic environmental health policies, leveraging Artificial Intelligence techniques, and fostering enterprise-wide knowledge exchange, demonstrating resourcefulness and operational resilience despite a 35% reduction in personnel.
