Talking to our platform users is a big part of what I do in order to gather direct feedback and infuse it into future work.Current project: Lead Business Analyst, Onboarding & Support team for Centers for Medicaid and CHIP Services DataConnect platform; enabling and empowering CMS clients and contractors to perform data engineering and analysis that informs state and federal policy for Medicaid and CHIP beneficiaries.Previous Project: Product Manager & Owner, HealthCare.gov decoupled Drupal Content Management System.Specific responsibilities include:~ Drive new feature development by leading discovery sessions to define scope, goals, and timelines while proactively identifying dependencies and risks~ Synthesize user insights and feedback to identify key trends, support data-driven decisions that inform enhancements and future development~ Lead (SAFe) agile ceremonies— standups, refinement, planning, and retros—to foster alignment, eliminate blockers, improve process and development cycles~ Test and troubleshoot technical features, providing actionable feedback to engineers based on acceptance criteria, ensuring readiness before client demos~ Develop QA, release timelines and documentation sign off with prioritized tasks based on stakeholder and program criteria, user value and bug criticality~ Demo, train and explain complex technical issues, tools and functionality to vendors, stakeholders and subcontractors to align understanding and problems
