I serve as the point of contact for all employee relations matters, and am committed to creating an accessible, supportive environment and superior employee experience. I lead full lifecycle recruitment, assessing staffing needs to propose suitable talent acquisition strategies and adapting best practices to suit DSI’s evolving needs while maintaining compliance with collective bargaining agreements, university policies and state and federal laws.
