Leah Davies leads internal communications for MN8 Energy, one of the largest and most sophisticated renewable energy companies in the United States. Spun off of Goldman Sachs in 2022, with offices across New York, Texas, Florida, and Madrid, MN8 focuses on long-term contracted assets for enterprises including utilities, government entities, universities, and Fortune 500 companies.Leah has managed communications, brand marketing, and corporate social responsibility programs for household brand names including the Dallas Cowboys, Hasbro, and the American Heart Association. In addition to in-house roles, she has worked for global public relations agencies representing brands including Kay Jewelers, Staples, and Bank of America. She graduated cum laude from Syracuse University’s Newhouse School with a degree in public relations and was nominated to the Newhouse Emerging Leaders board in 2022. She also holds a Master’s from Johns Hopkins University, specializing in social enterprise. Her research focused on investigating the dynamics of corporate social responsibility partnerships globally, examining how they influence both corporate branding and operations, as well as the successes and risks taken by nonprofit organizations involved.She enjoys staying active, traveling, and is an avid foodie and cook.
