Manage the end-to-end development process for multi-residential projects, overseeing financial feasibility, budgets, schedules and reporting to ensure the limited partnership’s investments are protected and projects are delivered on time and within budget• Coordinate consultants and internal teams - including finance, marketing, investments and asset management - to secure approvals, negotiate contracts and keep all stakeholders aligned• Collaborate with construction management on tendering and supply chain decisions, oversee change orders and site visits, and drive risk mitigation and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle
