Technical Project management for the Health Data Repository (HDR) project with a mandate to establish a single modern, accessible, private, and secure data analytics environment that will enable advances in patient-centered care and outcomes, policy, and research through unlocking the value of data for social good and innovation. Delivered the cloud-based solution serving a diverse stakeholder ecosystem within Nova Scotia and across Canada through a scalable, secure analytics environment and sustainable operating model. Deployed an MS Azure platform incorporating data analytic tools such as MS Purview and Databricks. Utilized Agile scrum methodologies for project execution, sprint planning, and backlog management and prioritization to ensure the project team was focused, engaged, and productive. Created a positive culture for a diverse team of data analysts, developers, and subject matter experts, in a collaborative work environment.
