Lead GLBA platform rollouts including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Ipreo, Equity Bookbuild, and Movius.• Negotiate multiple vendor and consulting contracts and manage sourcing and third-party risk management approval, delivering $12MM+ in savings over 4 years. • Manage GLBA’s Regulatory & Operational Risk team, ensuring 100% on-time completion of all control attestations, WSPs, RCSAs, and mandatory trainings while streamlining controls and eliminating tick-the-box exercises through risk-based redesign.• Design and implement GLBA\'s reputational risk review, issue management, business continuity, and hybrid work policies and processes through close collaboration with senior leadership and compliance. • Architect end-to-end equities settlement infrastructure for the Equities Capital Management (ECM) team as part of the SG-AllianceBernstein joint venture, encompassing systems automation, KYC onboarding, settlements, and regulatory reporting. • Increase GLBA KYC Pipeline completion rate by over 250% while reducing dedicated headcount by 25%.
