ABOUT DAVID ZAGER
David Zager is a partner at PSL, an AI-focused startup studio and venture fund based in Seattle. Since PSL’s founding in 2015, he has led AI, product, visual, marketing, and business design function across the studio, fund and corporate studios — as an individual contribution, co-founder, and leader of a senior team. Pioneer Square Labs (PSL) is widely considered one of the top venture studios, particularly in the U.S. David has helped launch 43 startups from concept to funding and supports founders with product strategy at every stage. He has served on the boards of TraceMe (acquired by Nike), Remarkably, Notable, Dance Church, Official AI and Flash AI.David co-hosts a series on design and AI, sharing insights at the intersection of creativity and technology. He is also an active guest lecture at the University of Washington.Prior to PSL, David studied Visual Communication at the University of Washington, founded two digital product studios (one acquired), and was a signed major label recording artist with Universal Records/Almo Sounds and had a songwriting publishing deal with Sony Music Publishing.
