Initially assisting with a merger of assets between Desurvey and DATS - including resources, existing business, and the main client accounts. I successfully transferred these across to DATS and quickly established myself as a Lead level consultant in a new team. I\'ve also assisted in the transition to new company systems, onboarding of our own new staff, and management level decisions.I now serve my previous client and candidate base with the filling of vacancies/finding of roles, whilst ensuring all parts of the process are compliant and to the satisfaction of all. This involves negotiating and overcoming a lot of new social and political factors - Brexit and work permits, Covid 19 and remote working, and the dreaded IR35.I\'ve gained a lot of expertise in new areas and enjoy helping people benefit from my knowledge and experience
