I provide planning, analysis and reporting to support and enable the continued growth and performance of AWS critical infrastructure operations. Data Driven Strategic Operations PlanningUtilizing my two decades of data center operation and project management skills, I help senior management chart the course for data center efficiency, profitability and sustainability through data driven decisions using Amazon Business Intelligence (BI) Data Warehouse, BMS and EPMS systems for raw data. I use a variety of AWS services such as EC2, S3, and RDS along with Python and variety of existing databases in a SCRUM development environment. I have created interactive dynamic products including Django websites, SharePoint, Wiki and yes, Excel, that allows exploring cost and benefit.Data Center Project ManagementBecause of my extensive experience in data center project management (see below), I also manage design and construction projects. For example, I am developing innovative metering and metrics through BMS and EPMS systems that will support “the internet of things” within AWS data centers.
