About David Wright

I earned my master\'s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University. My consulting projects and research focused on personnel selection, employee engagement, training, compensation, organizational turnover, applied statistics, survey design and research methods within organizations.May 2017, my masters thesis was presented at an international I/O psychology conference in Dublin, Ireland - The European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology Conference (EAWOP).I have an advanced understanding of statistics and experience conducting statistical analyses (e.g, multiple regression, logistic regression, ANOVA, factor analysis, PCA, among others). My data toolkit includes SPSS, SQL, MS Excel, MS Access, Python, Tableau, and R.Business experience and consulting projects:I\'ve conducted job analyses - the largest of which was a task analysis project where I interviewed subject matter experts across an intercontinental organization, with this data I wrote task statements and created training material for new training courses.
