ABOUT DAVID WILLIAM POLLARD

I work in organizations to provide \"hands-on\" advise to managing enterprise change. In terms of background, I’m a strategic, yet hands on change leader with deep domain knowledge of: Organization Development, Change Management as well as delivering/fixing complex programs and projects with, and through my teams. With over 20 years of experience, my background leading and transforming five IT organizations (C.I.O. GM of IT and CTO roles) has given me a unique business focus across a number of regulated industry sectors including; Finance, Telecom, and Energy. My value proposition is as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, who delivers complex business and technology change. My management style is built around people and ensuring that my team\'s knowledge and abilities are properly leveraged. I love problem solving and delivering business value. I hold an MBA from The Open University Business School in the UK as well as being a PROSCI Certified Change Practitioner.
