   Nov 2022 — Present · Oakland, CA, US

   Mailroom Transformation (MRT)(November 2022-present)o Managed the MRT program, addressing risk and service disruption due to increasing unreliability of an existing BPO vendor, and a $15.3M budget. o Implemented business continuity plan due to mitigate risk of current vendor becoming insolvent and causing a major disruption to business processes for Claims Operations and Customer Experience. Established an interim mailroom and document repository, until the permanent mailroom and document repository could be implemented.o Successfully set up new vendors to perform mailroom and lockbox/payment functions and implemented a new integrated document repository. This allowed BSC to end the relationship with the BPO vendor.
