I serve as CEO of MATNetworks - the membership for school and Trust leaders who want to collaborate at pace and at scale. We design and deliver free, regional gatherings and year-round communities that connect MAT executives with peers and trusted local partners, focused on practical solutions in strategy, school improvement, marketing and admissions, digital and data, estates, finance and governance.Our work is anchored by five pillars:• CEOs - A Local Voice: MATNetworks amplifies locally led leadership. We back CEOs and emerging Trust leaders to build influence where it matters most - regionally.• Mentorship: a personalised, accessible mentoring programme supporting leaders at every stage.• Student Growth: we prioritise youth voice and create real opportunities for young people.• Charity Awareness: every event highlights a charity partner; we currently support School in a Bag.• Exhibitors Feel Connected: no “them and us”, we curate local, CEO-recommended exhibitors to strengthen regional economies and deliver solutions over sales.My role is to ensure rigorous agendas, evidence-informed keynotes, structured peer exchange, and measurable post-event impact.
