I lead engineering organizations building and operating large-scale enterprise SaaS products in complex, data-heavy domains. In my current role, I oversee a large, globally distributed engineering organization across multiple product lines, with responsibility spanning product engineering, platform, data, QA, DevOps, and operational execution.I’ve spent much of my career in a PE-backed and growth-oriented environment. My work has focused on scaling teams and systems pragmatically: modernizing platforms, growing global teams, integrating acquisitions, improving delivery predictability, and aligning engineering investment with business outcomes.I partner closely with product and commercial leaders to ensure engineering priorities stay tightly aligned with business needs, while investing in the platforms and capabilities required for long-term scale. I care deeply about building strong engineering leaders and organizations that can grow sustainably, then helping them operate clearly and effectively at scale.
