Underpinned by three core enablers - People | Process | Systems - I am implementing a standardised approach to the delivery of project information to client and industry standards (ISO 19650). Aligned to Jacobs’ global strategy, this approach is supported by a suite of applications, workflow automations and dynamic dashboards developed to facilitate more efficient project delivery and enable data-driven business insight and decision-making.

ABOUT DAVID WEBBORN
I am a chartered civil engineer and experienced design, information and project manager. As a leader in Information Management (IM) and digital delivery, I am driven to deliver digital innovation and sustainable infrastructure, with extensive project delivery experience in the water and environmental infrastructure markets.I recognise the ever-increasing importance of the digital asset and am focused on helping clients achieve their objectives with respect to this. I am a subject matter expert and strategic thinker. I lead by example through my own project delivery, and I empower others through training and mentoring, software infrastructure development, automation and performance insight (using the Microsoft Power Platform).Over my career I have executed a broad portfolio of sustainable flood and surface water risk management solutions for various public and private sector clients. I have key experience in the appraisal and preparation of business cases for Flood and Coastal Erosion Risk Management (FCERM) schemes. I also have extensive experience in the design of sustainable drainage, river and reservoir engineering solutions on projects in a wide variety of sectors. The types of projects I have contributed to include transport hubs, rail, ports, schools, hospitals, substations, nuclear power stations and retail developments.
