I’m a Nashville-based commercial real estate developer and builder focused on creating distinctive projects and assembling strong teams to execute them.I’m the Founder and President of Creed Investment Company, a development and investment firm focused on commercial real estate, historic renovation, and hospitality concepts. Since founding the company in 2016, I’ve been involved in more than $200 million in development, including over $50 million in historic restorations and $150+ million in ground-up Class A projects.Alongside development, I serve as CEO of Perkins Construction, a commercial general contractor delivering projects across Middle Tennessee. Perkins focuses on high-quality commercial work including office, hospitality, industrial, and tenant improvement projects. Our team is built around experienced superintendents, strong project management, and a commitment to executing projects the right way.Across development and construction, my work has attracted global tenants including TikTok, Red Bull, Travel + Leisure, and Casa de Monte Cristo.I served as a development partner on the $100M+ Moore Building, now home to TikTok’s Nashville headquarters, and have led the restoration of numerous historic properties across Nashville and the surrounding region, including the Pilcher Building on 2nd Avenue, historic recording studios on Music Row, the 1892 Franklin City Offices, and the Santa Fe Train Depot, which has served as offices for Red Bull North America and as home to Casa de Monte Cristo and Rudy’s Jazz Room.Today my focus is on continuing to grow Perkins Construction while developing projects through Creed Investment Company and building a new wellness and experience-driven hospitality platform.We’re actively looking to connect with:• Experienced project managers and construction professionals• Developers and owners seeking a high-quality commercial GC• Investors and partners interested in distinctive development projectsOutside of work, I’m a husband and father, an avid saltwater fly fisherman, and someone who values the outdoors, art, and building a life - and a body of work - rooted in creativity, craftsmanship, and longevity.
