My passion is helping insurance companies leverage technology, data and advanced analytics, and process improvements to achieve strategic business objectives. I am a P&C insurance industry professional with a rich history in core systems and advanced analytics. I am a bit unique because of all that I have done and learned. I found this in family photos; that\'s my Grandpa Rauch in the corner teaching an insurance sales class in 1947. What\'s most interesting is what’s on the board;\"Knowledge is Power - In Our Business, the Skillful Use of Knowledge is Power.\" Cool stuff for 80 years ago. I help companies use the knowledge they have amassed in data and in people’s heads to improve outcomes.
