With over four years of experience in communications/cybersecurity and program management, I bring intelligence and technical analysis, information sharing and planning advice to the ERO Chief and other senior leaders. I also leverage my skills in organizational change management, business process development, technical team development and management, and development of organizational strategy to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the national vetting mission. One of my proudest achievements was developing a comprehensive \"Health of the Network\" report for senior government officials, which earned me the CISA Silver Award for Meritorious Achievement. Additionally, I managed the commercial industry partner engagement and increased the membership by 10% during COVID, demonstrating my ability to foster strong relationships and deliver results in challenging times.
