Lead designer for Wolters Kluwer CIOx. I lead new initiatives in our data operation workflows using OCR, ML processes to produce AI insights with our SME, engineering and business leadership. As part of this role I design end-to-end solutions from user researching, pitching new product concept to management and, leading co-creation sessions with customer, to mentoring ICs on their own product initiates. Additionally providing secondary support as lead spokesperson for our Addicted to Learning sessions and brand promotional material for our CIOx and FCC divisions acting as a design advocate for the larger Wolters Kluwer community.
