Responsible for delivering multiple IT transformation projects across reference data platforms, including following responsibilities- Responsible for establishing clear business expectations and managing these through to completion- Responsible for end-to-end delivery; from inception, scope definition, planning and analysis to development, testing and production release using various methodologies such as waterfall or agile/scrum- Managed teams of +30 offshore/onshore resources within the organisation and from 3rd party suppliers- Responsible for project budget, with spans from 6 to 18 months, ensuring costs are controlled, tracked and accurately forecasted via PPM- Managed scope, schedule, deliverables, budget, quality and risks for multiple regulatory IT projects in parallel; MiFID II, EMIR 2.0, Brexit, Finfrag and SFTR among others- Responsible to identify, track, monitor, communicate and resolve project-related risks and issues, dependencies, scope changes, variances and contingencies that arise during the execution of the project- Responsible to provide regular updates to senior management and other governance bodies- Reference data expertise across Equities, Fixed Income, ETDs, CDS and Structure Products- Reviewed Operations processes to ensure its efficiency, and define remediation and clean-up activities if required
