40+ years in the water industry, plus an entrepreneurial venture in irrigation brings me now to Golden State Water. My passion for infrastructure in both the built and natural environments has taken me from government service, to the scientific community, to Big Tech, to an entrepreneurial venture, and now back to public service. I am committed more than ever to my volunteerism in ASCE serving on the IRPC, STC, and most recently NIAC Subcommittee member as a Past-President for the Utility Engineering & Surveying Institute.
