David Tollen is the author of the American Bar Association\'s manual on IT contracts, The Tech Contracts Handbook: the number-1 bestseller from the ABA\'s IP Section. He\'s the founder of Tech Contracts Academy, which provides live and on-demand training on contracts about software, AI, and the cloud. He\'s also the founder of Sycamore Legal, P.C. in San Francisco, where he and his staff draft and negotiate information technology and intellectual property agreements. Finally, David serves as an expert witness in litigation about software-related contracts.David is also an award-winning author of educational fiction for young people and adults.
