Integral role in the company bringing the VX4 and VX4 demonstrator aircraft to the skies, from initial conceptual design toward certification. Conceptual design and optimisation of the aerodynamic planform to complex multidisciplinary requirements. Aircraft design trade studies. Wind tunnel test campaign of the demonstrator configuration and subsequent data analysis. Generation of comprehensive wing-borne static, dynamic and control surface aerodynamic datasets and corresponding flight dynamics simulation models. Assessments of aircraft flight dynamics including wing-borne failure modes. Continual support multiple other disciplines; notably aerodynamics, flight control laws and flight test.
