As an Employer Branding Specialist at NFU Mutual, I lead the development and execution of innovative attraction strategies that position our organisation as a top employer of choice with our talent audiences. My role is all about creating defining and developing our EVP, creating compelling brand communications and campaigns, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring every candidate touchpoint reflects our values and EVP.I work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to design data-driven sourcing methodologies, optimise talent pools, and deliver market-leading candidate experiences.
