ABOUT DAVID HO

David is a senior leader within Accenture\'s Infrastructure and Capital Projects Canada team dedicated to the mission of helping Canadian public sector clients overcome challenges in the planning, procurement, and delivery of major infrastructure projects in the healthcare and social infrastructure sector. He draws from a deep understanding and empathy of the unique constraints and imperatives that face public sector owners and procurement entities, whilst being committed to harnessing the expertise and innovative capability found in the private sector to achieve the best possible outcomes for public infrastructure. His passion and method of working have always involved plainly advocating the commercial realities of private sector partners to governments in ways that governments can understand whilst translating the policy realities of governments to private sector actors in similar fashion. Throughout much of the last ten years, David led at a senior executive level, the critical enterprise functions of Infrastructure Ontario (IO)- Canada\'s premiere infrastructure procurement and P3 agency - including corporate strategy, procurement and transaction structuring, project and program management, and environmental management. Notably, David was responsible for leading IO\'s strategic planning advice to government, synthesizing work from IO\'s diverse business lines of project delivery, asset management, development, infrastructure lending, commercial projects, and service delivery modernization.
