Built quality evaluation frameworks, ran a beta program, and wrote the PRDs and product vision docs that guided each feature to launch readiness. Features were showcased at Amazon\'s 2025 Fall Devices Launch- Led go-to-market, funnel optimization, and customer acquisition for Alexa Map View, reducing setup abandonment and expanding the addressable market.
