I have been involved in Software product development for 34 years. 30 years in Quality and four years involved requirements gathering and writing. I have worked on mainframe web and PC applications. I have also spent some time working with databases in a variety of application implementations. I have worked on large mainframe billing systems, web enrollment systems, accounting software developed in C and property and casualty policy administration and billing system. Seed management systems and a mortgage system. My goal is to find the best tools for the users I am working with. I strive to continue to build my skills as a business analyst and delivering solutions that make peoples daily work easier.
