I am a partner and head of VC at Marriott Harrison, working across a variety of sectors with a strong focus on tech and media. My main expertise is in venture capital transactions as well as M&A and a wide range of other corporate matters. I spend a large amount of my time working for some of the leading European specialist technology funds in relation to their investments in the UK, and have been on secondment with two of the best-known funds in that space. I also regularly advise early stage and fast growth companies.I am ranked in legal directory Chambers & Partners 2023 for Venture Capital where I have been fortunate enough to be described by clients as \"An excellent lawyer with great client skills.\".A large proportion of my work comes from repeat business and recommendations, which I hope is a healthy indicator of the level of service I provide to my clients.
