Convert CA Easytrieve code to standard COBOL using the tools of the IBM Migration Utility. Test converted code to ensure compatibility on client’s mainframe z/OS systems. Tested applications that interfaced with CICS, IMS, DB2, VSAM and ISAM. Instructed clients on how to use the IBM Migration Utility, consulted on their conversion efforts. Remote and on client site work performed depending upon client contract requirements. Currently working on a project for State of North Carolina.
