I joined Axion to help take its software products from the startup phase into the production / commercial phase. I lead my team through recruiting great engineers, setting up a repeatable and performant process and managing requests, development and quality. Now, we regularly ship updates and new products that are intuitive to use and enable the world\'s leading scientists to further their research. While at Axion our team has grown, the suite of products has grown and more importantly the application and uses of our technology has grown. People are using our products to study everything from cancer, to cell-based therapies to COVID and then some.
