As an experienced Healthcare CTO, I now advise healthcare organisations on their overal strategic direction and the subsequent delivery of transformational programmes, with focus on both clinical and non clinical systems.As Managing Director of BrightFrog, I work with both private and public healthcare providers and system partners to lead large-scale EPR implementations, digital transformations, and operational change programmes. I am typically engaged at executive level to bring clarity, structure, and momentum to initiatives that are strategically critical and often under pressure.My work frequently involves partnering with CIOs, CFOs, and clinical leaders to stabilise delivery, strengthen governance, and ensure programmes translate into meaningful clinical and operational outcomes, not just technical go-lives.I bring experience across EPR deployment, ERP and supply chain transformation, and the mobilisation of high-performing delivery teams in complex healthcare environments.
