Having invested 30 years in my career I have experience developing and supporting a broad range of solutions across the IT landscape. From rich client user interfaces, to integration middleware and web user interface solutions, I have made significant contributions to many projects over the years. I have strong skills in Javascript, PHP, MySQL, and object oriented development and I have expertise in various development tools and IDE’s. With Deloitte I am working with different clients to enhance their current ServiceNow instances by developing new forms and workflows using processes based on the Agile methodology and updating already existing forms and scripts to meet their new needs. I have worked extensively in the ITSM modules and helped develop a Customer Service Management solution and a custom solution based in the Strategic Portfolio Management module. I have strong interpersonal skills and have repeatedly demonstrated those skills in ensuring requirements and the needs of the client are understood such that the solution is delivered to their expectations.
