I am an experienced technology professional, having spent 38 years working in the European radio industry. I have gained considerable experience and skills in broadcast technology, broadcast operations, IT systems & infrastructure, business systems, studio centre builds, building refurbishments and projects of all sizes. I have had responsibility for multi million pound operational and capital expenditure budgets. I have managed a number of significant integration projects, with responsibility for all business areas including relocation. I have gained a thorough understanding of the running of commercial radio businesses, having spent periods in radio station management roles. In these roles I had responsibility for business P&L and leadership of all disciplines including programming and commercial staff. Specialties: Broadcast technology, broadcast operations, business integration, relocations, radio station design and build, outside broadcasts, audio signal processing, systems integration, DAB and analogue transmission. First class leadership and management skills. An attitude to getting the job done on time and on budget!
