For over 30 years I’ve helped commercial fleet operators strengthen risk management, control fuel costs and protect their O Licence by improving driver behaviour and strengthening fleet performance.In most fleets, safety, cost control and operational performance are treated as separate issues.In reality, they are heavily influenced by one factor - driver behaviour.The focus is on practical, measurable improvement - not theory.Through Road Skills, I work directly with fleet owners and managers focused on operating more safely, more efficiently and more profitably.
